Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind orders.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a store credit depending on the situation.

Lost packages: If your package appears lost, please contact us within one week after the estimated delivery date (allow 30 days for US orders, 45 days for international orders). We will investigate and offer a reprint or refund if no error was made on your end.

Non-eligible issues: We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for low-resolution design issues, minor size variations under 1 inch, or packages returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse refund or reprint requests from customers with a history of repeated claims. Abuse of our refund policy may result in cancellation of future orders.
